Skyfall Industries is a Ukrainian military technology startup that specializes in the development and manufacturing of advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The company operates its own research and development center and production facilities, enabling it to create sophisticated UAV solutions for modern military needs. Skyfall has become one of the largest mil-tech manufacturers in Ukraine, with its products having been used in hundreds of thousands of missions.

The company produces a range of drones, including the well-known VAMPIRE heavy bomber drone, also referred to as "Baba Yaga," and the SHRIKE FPV (First-Person View) drones. The VAMPIRE is a hexacopter capable of carrying various munitions and is equipped with both daytime and thermal imaging cameras. The SHRIKE FPV drones are cost-effective assets designed to destroy larger targets like artillery systems and are equipped with computer vision for precision. A newer development is a waterproof version of the Shrike that can take off from water. The company has a significant production capacity, reportedly able to produce thousands of FPV drones per day.

Skyfall Industries has gained international recognition for its battle-proven technology. In a significant development, the U.S. Department of Defense has added Skyfall to its list of approved suppliers, making it the first Ukrainian drone manufacturer to be cleared to provide technology to the American military. The company is also set to showcase its technologies at CES 2025 in Las Vegas.
