Sitrus Technology, also known as Shanghai Orange Core Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in high-speed network communication chips. Founded in 2017 by Dr. Hui Wang, the company focuses on the development and sale of high-speed optical module Digital Signal Processor (DSP) chips and SerDes (Serializer/Deserializer) technology. The founder, Dr. Wang, has an extensive background as a SerDes developer at a leading global semiconductor company and has been a committee member for several high-speed data interconnection international standards, including PCI-Express and SRio.

The company's core products are high-speed PAM4 DSP chips and integrated circuit (IC) intellectual property (IP) cores, which are critical components for high-speed optical communication. These products are designed using CMOS process technology and are applied in cloud computing, big data, 5G communications, artificial intelligence networks, and data centers. Sitrus Technology owns 100% of the intellectual property for its high-speed optical module DSPs and was one of the first to introduce a DSP solution with an integrated driver, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency for optical module manufacturers. The product portfolio includes 25G/50G PAM4 DSPs, 25G NRZ CDRs, and 200G PAM4 DSP chips, which have been validated and adopted by several major optical module manufacturers for mass production.

Sitrus Technology operates on a B2B model, providing its chips and custom IP services to clients in the telecommunications and data communication markets. The company has successfully raised significant capital through multiple funding rounds, including a Series C round in May 2023 and a C+ round in August 2023, securing hundreds of millions of RMB. Key investors include Xinchao Venture Capital, Dingxin Capital, Lanshi Capital, Henglu Assets, and Photon Strong Chain Fund.
