This single payment covers rent, water, energy, Wi-Fi, cleaning, maintenance, and even daily household products. The company generates revenue through these monthly rental plans. ShaRies' target demographic includes young professionals, expatriates, and corporations seeking housing solutions for their employees, with current residents aged between 26 and 49.

ShaRies provides fully furnished and equipped turnkey housing, ranging from individual studios to shared apartments. Residents have access to extensive common areas and a variety of services, such as coworking spaces, fitness rooms, multimedia areas, and event programming, all managed through a dedicated mobile application.
