Founded in Shanghai in 2021, the company provides one-stop interface IP and high-speed interconnect solutions to address the growing demand for chip connectivity and computing power. More than 80% of its employees are involved in research and development, and the company maintains five global R&D centers.

The company's product portfolio includes a range of independently developed high-speed interface IPs such as HBM, UCIe, LPDDR, ONFI, and PCIe, supporting process nodes from 5nm to 55nm. It has also developed Chiplet products like M2LINK, D2D, and the ML100 IO Die. In October 2024, Kuixin Technology joined an alliance with other domestic integrated circuit design, EDA, and IP service providers to foster cooperation and resource sharing within the industry. This collaboration expanded its service offerings to include storage control, communications, and industrial control applications.
