Shakers is a Madrid workforce-orchestration platform founded in 2021 by Héctor Mata (CEO), Nico de Luis (COO), Adrián de Pedro (CPO) and Jaime Castillo (CRO) that connects companies with specialised tech freelancers and autonomous AI agents for complex projects. The product combines AI matchmaking and pre-vetting (Shakers Verified) with a Freelancer OS of embedded services so businesses can assemble hybrid teams quickly; press cites 450+ client companies including Microsoft, Inditex and Telefónica and a community of more than 10,000 freelancers, with strong recurring and cross-European revenue.
