About SecureNet
SecureNet, Inc., founded in 1995, operates as a security systems integrator with a strong presence in Texas and Oklahoma. The company's business model revolves around providing comprehensive, end-to-end security solutions, primarily targeting enterprise-class and Fortune 500 clients. This process encompasses initial needs analysis, system design and engineering, installation, and long-term service and maintenance. SecureNet generates revenue by delivering and managing complex IP-based security solutions and through its various service offerings.
Historically, SecureNet established itself as a leading independent security integrator in Texas. A significant milestone occurred in March 2012 when it was acquired by Securadyne Systems, a newly formed company founded by security industry veterans Carey Boethel and Ken Francis. This acquisition was the first for Securadyne, which was established in partnership with Pamlico Capital to build a national provider of enterprise-class security solutions. Following the acquisition, SecureNet's CEO, Brian Bergstrom, joined the Securadyne management team, and the company initially retained its brand name.
Securadyne Systems, with SecureNet as its platform, continued to grow until it was acquired by Allied Universal in April 2019. This strategic acquisition led to the formation of Allied Universal Technology Services, which integrated Securadyne's team and capabilities to provide technology-enabled security solutions on a larger scale. Carey Boethel, the founder of Securadyne, became the President of this new division. SecureNet's offerings include physical access control, video surveillance and analytics, identity management, and alarm monitoring. As a Microsoft® Certified Partner, it holds numerous certifications, enabling it to deliver complex, integrated security systems.
