Sameday is a Romanian courier company that has expanded its operations to Hungary and Bulgaria, establishing itself as a significant player in the regional logistics market. Founded by Octavian Bădescu, the company was the first courier service to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange's AeRO market in 2015, although it later went private after a share buyback by Bădescu and CEO Lucian Baltaru.

The company's business model is centered on providing fast and reliable delivery services for the e-commerce sector, which generates over 90% of its deliveries. A key feature of its service is the extensive "easybox" network, a system of automated parcel lockers that offer customers a convenient out-of-home delivery and pickup option. Sameday has invested heavily in expanding this network, aiming to have 8,500 delivery points across Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria, placing a locker within a seven-minute walk for most residents in over 1,000 cities. This focus on locker delivery has been a major driver of growth.

Sameday offers a range of services, including same-day and next-day delivery, catering to the needs of online stores and their customers. Clients can manage their shipments through a mobile app which allows for real-time tracking, in-app payments, and the ability to redirect or postpone deliveries. The company serves a diverse client base, from online shops and pharmacies to supermarkets. Revenue is generated by providing delivery services, with a business model that has consistently produced double-digit growth. Strategic acquisitions, such as the intended takeover of Hungarian delivery company Sprinter, are part of its strategy to consolidate its regional infrastructure and expand its home and out-of-home delivery capacity.
