The company has secured a total of $15 million in funding. A pre-seed round of R$10 million in 2022 was led by Canary, followed by an undisclosed seed round from SpeedInvest. In March 2026, the company raised $11 million in a Series A round co-led by Kfund and Grupo Bradesco, with participation from Actyus, Clocktower Ventures, Canary, and Speedinvest. This capital is intended to fund expansion from São Paulo to other Brazilian capitals like Rio de Janeiro and Brasília and to grow its technology and product teams. The core of Saúde Bliss's offering is its AI Sales Co-Pilot and an automated back-office system. The Sales Co-Pilot, featuring an AI agent named Fátima, integrates with WhatsApp to provide instant quotes by interpreting text, audio, and image messages from brokers. This system automates bureaucratic tasks such as processing documentation, generating policy applications with insurers, and providing real-time status updates. The platform is designed to reduce the sales cycle from days to minutes and claims it can increase a broker's sales volume by four to five times. For insurers, Saúde Bliss provides a distribution channel and a risk management tool that monitors for fraud and claims ratios to help maintain a sustainable portfolio.
