A significant milestone in the company's history occurred in July 2006, when it secured a $20 million investment from the American direct investment fund, The Great Circle Fund LP. This capital injection was earmarked for a strategic expansion of its warehouse network, with plans to launch 20 large-scale warehouse complexes throughout Russia. This expansion was a key part of the company's strategy to enhance its service quality and solidify its market position. The company's growth and established network eventually led to its acquisition by STS Logistics on June 16, 2009.

The business model is centered on providing a full spectrum of logistics services, from transportation to warehousing. Revenue is generated by charging clients for these services. To manage its extensive warehouse network and diverse client needs, the company implemented the WMS-system Logistic Vision Suite. This system allows for customized algorithms for processing goods for each client, optimizing operations, reducing order fulfillment times and costs, and providing centralized management of the entire warehouse network.
