Runxin Micro Technology
Chip-OS-AI smart base for vehicles and devices
About Runxin Micro Technology
Runxin Micro Technology (润芯微, Rivotek) is a Suzhou-based provider of system-level software and integrated software-hardware solutions for smart mobile devices, smart vehicles, AI hardware and robots. Headquartered in the Xiangcheng high-speed rail new town of Suzhou, it describes itself as a cultivator of the domestic-chip intelligent base and aims to give global customers cost-effective, self-controllable and fully connected intelligent experiences.
Its core is a domestic intelligent base built from a chip, operating system and AI stack. The base has three components: a computing platform, an operating system and AI models. Under its 1+4+N strategy, this one base serves four terminal categories, namely smart mobile devices, smart vehicles, AI hardware and robots, and enables N intelligent scenarios across mobility, the home and industry. Products include solutions for smart cockpits, intelligent driving, domain controllers and in-vehicle smart devices.
Rivotek works with leading Chinese companies in mobile devices, drones and automotive, including Xiaomi, vivo, DJI, SAIC and Voyah, and reports large-scale breakthroughs in those fields. To support this it runs standardised smart manufacturing plants with SMT and assembly workshops across several locations, which let it develop and manufacture integrated hardware and software products and deliver them in volume to automaker and device-maker customers.
The company sells software platforms and integrated software-hardware solutions to automakers, Tier 1 suppliers and device makers, competing in software-defined vehicles and domestic Chinese intelligent-terminal platforms against both foreign and domestic platform vendors, and highlights customer success cases on its site.
