The business model is geared towards institutional customers, with clients including firms managing assets from hundreds of billions to nearly a trillion dollars. These clients use the platform for tasks such as portfolio monitoring, complex historical deal analysis, and credit portfolio optimization. For example, a credit originator can monitor portfolio health in real-time, or a private equity firm can analyze its 50-year track record to inform new investment decisions. The company reports having annual contracts valued in the seven-figure range with approximately ten top-tier firms.
