Routematic is an AI-powered corporate mobility platform founded in 2013 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India. The company provides a full-stack Transport-as-a-Service (TaaS) solution for managing scheduled employee commutes, event travel, and visitor transportation.

Utilizing a cloud-based AI system, Routematic automates ride dispatch, routing, billing, and compliance monitoring. Its algorithms incorporate supervised and reinforcement learning, along with real-time traffic data, to generate efficient routes, predict travel times, allocate vehicles fairly, and adapt dynamically to changing conditions.

The platform supports a mobile SuperApp, enabling employees to book and track rides, request SOS support, and communicate with facilities teams. For client operations, Routematic runs 24/7 command centers that supervise trip execution, manage billing, and ensure safety standards such as panic-button features, women-only ride protocols, and security escorts for late-night travel.

As of mid-2025, Routematic operates in 23 Indian cities, serving over 300 corporate clients, and managing more than 5 million transport trips monthly for over 300,000 employees. The company employs over 550 people.

In May 2025, Routematic closed a $40 million Series C funding round led by Fullerton Carbon Action Fund and Shift4Good, valuing it at approximately $110 million. Existing backers include Blume Ventures, VAMM Ventures, and Bosch. Proceeds are earmarked for growth into new cities, scaling toward a fleet of over 10,000 vehicles by March 2026, with an ambitious plan for 30% electric vehicle adoption to support ESG goals.
