Roam operates on a usage-based subscription model, charging a monthly fee per active user, with guests able to join for free. This model is designed to be customer-friendly, with no annual commitments or upsells. The company targets a wide range of clients, from startups to enterprises with up to 500 employees, across various industries including technology, financial services, and creative agencies. Since its launch, the company has secured significant funding, including a $30 million Series A round in November 2022 led by IVP, bringing its total funding to over $40 million.
