RevUp Software Inc., founded in 2013 by Steve Spinner and Aaron Redalen, operated as a SaaS-based platform focused on fundraising analytics. The company was established in a Menlo Park coffee shop and later moved to Redwood City, California. RevUp Software aimed to assist academic institutions, non-profits, and political organizations in leveraging data analytics and social media to achieve their fundraising objectives.

The platform's core function was to analyze the history and profiles of potential donors, providing tools for administrators to track and measure the effectiveness of their volunteer fundraisers. The software featured customizable fundraising pages, donation tracking, and donor relationship management tools. It also included a peer-to-peer fundraising feature, which enabled supporters to create their own campaign pages, thereby extending the reach of fundraising efforts. Key functionalities included automated thank-you messages, donor engagement tracking, and performance reporting to help organizations refine their strategies.

The company secured a total of $11.4 million in funding over two rounds. Its Series A funding round in October 2018, led by Spero Ventures, raised $7.5 million. Other notable investors included Salesforce Ventures, Reid Hoffman, and Sean Parker. Despite its initial successes, including receiving awards like the 2017 CampaignTech 'Start-Up Of The Year' and the 2017 Reed Award for Most Innovative Product Of The Year, the company ceased operations. According to records, RevUp Software is now considered a deadpooled company as of August 2020.
