Resolute Networks Ltd. was an Israeli-based semiconductor company established in 1999 by Gary Golembo. The company's trajectory was marked by a strategic merger in January 2005, when it combined with Lycium Networks, following an earlier merger of equals with Redux Communications in late 2004. This consolidation aimed to create a significant player in the circuit emulation market.

The company focused on designing, developing, and marketing communications subsystems and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) solutions. Its target clients were international tier-1 network equipment providers. Resolute Networks operated in the application-specific semiconductor industry, providing technology that enabled communications service providers to offer advanced services over traditional networks without requiring a complete infrastructure overhaul. The business model centered on supplying these essential subsystems to large equipment vendors who, in turn, served major communications operators.

Resolute Networks' core offering consisted of silicon and module technology for circuit emulation services (CES) and synchronization over packet applications. Its products, which included OEM CES gateway sub-systems and modules, were designed to support converged communications services over Ethernet, MPLS, and IP networks. A key benefit was the ability for clients to consolidate their networks into a single, more efficient system, leading to significant cost savings and new revenue opportunities. The company asserted that it was the sole provider of circuit emulation solutions up to 155-Mbits per second available in system, module, and semiconductor formats.

Financially, Resolute Networks secured a $5 million Series A funding round on February 11, 2005, with participation from investors like Genesis Partners, Kreos Capital, Giza Venture Capital, and Benchmark. It raised an additional $10 million in an internal financing round in October 2006 from its existing investors to expand logistics, operations, and sales. Despite these investments and signing contracts projected at $25 million over two years, the company was acquired by BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. on January 21, 2008, for $2 million, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary.
