The company's business model centers on the research, development, and eventual commercialization of therapeutic solutions for both male and female infertility and other gynecological conditions. ReproNovo operates on a pan-European model, with headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, a primary development team in Copenhagen, Denmark, and an additional site in Barcelona, Spain. A significant milestone was achieved in May 2025, when the company secured $65 million (€57 million) in a Series A financing round. This funding is dedicated to advancing its clinical pipeline.

ReproNovo's product pipeline includes two oral therapies in Phase 2 clinical trials. The first, RPN-001 (leflutrozole), is an aromatase inhibitor being developed to treat male infertility associated with low testosterone levels. This candidate, licensed from Mereo BioPharma, aims to improve semen quality and normalize testosterone levels, addressing a growing public health concern. In July 2025, ReproNovo announced the first participant enrollment in its U.S. Phase 2 trial for RPN-001. The second candidate, RPN-002 (nolasiban), is an oxytocin receptor antagonist acquired from ObsEva. It is being investigated as a first-in-class treatment for adenomyosis, a condition causing severe pain and bleeding, and to improve embryo implantation success rates in assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
