Since 2014, Leferi has collaborated with Google Korea to run a "Beauty Creator Lab," a nurturing system for aspiring beauty influencers. The company manages a network of hundreds of content creators, providing services that range from video production training to channel growth mentoring. This network serves as the foundation for its business model.

Leferi's marketing division provides digital marketing solutions for beauty brands, leveraging its extensive network of influencers for campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The company utilizes its 'Leferi Data Lab' to analyze YouTube beauty big data, informing marketing strategies and evaluating campaign results. Its commerce operations facilitate a "communicative shopping" experience where influencers are involved in the entire process, from product testing and sourcing to sales and customer service. Leferi has also launched its own collaborative cosmetic brand, 'Surepi,' which develops products in partnership with its beauty influencers based on customer feedback.
