Lai Xiaoguang is a seasoned entrepreneur and manager in the technology sector, having previously served as the executive director of Sitong Boyun Software Technology Co., Ltd. His experience includes the successful delivery of major projects for several provincial industry and commerce administrative bureaus.

RegTech advocates for a 'Supervisory Technology' philosophy, aiming to foster a model of 'active supervision, process supervision, and functional supervision' within the technology and innovation sectors. The company is building a distributed network platform based on blockchain to connect regulatory agencies, innovative projects, and professional risk controllers. This platform is designed to be autonomous, trustworthy, professional, and transparent.
