The acquisition brings Regate’s 100-strong team and its automation expertise into Qonto’s 1,400-person organization, forming a dedicated business unit focused on financial tools for accountants. This move allows Qonto to expand its offering with advanced accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping features, ensuring seamless data flow between SMEs and their accountants.

The integration creates a collaborative, shared interface for accountants and clients, automating data retrieval and accounting entries without requiring migration from existing tools.
