About Reformation
Reformation is a sustainable fashion brand based in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2009 by Yael Aflalo, the company designs and sells women's clothing, shoes and accessories online and through its own stores across the United States, the United Kingdom and France. Reformation operates its own factory in Vernon, California, where a large share of its garments are made, and uses eco-friendly fabrics and processes to limit the environmental impact of each product, publishing the environmental footprint of many of its designs. Majority backed by private equity firm Permira since 2019, the company listed on the New York Stock Exchange in July 2026.
