Rankmi is a Latin American full-suite HR technology platform that centralizes payroll, digital signatures, recruitment, training, performance, engagement, benefits and internal communications for mid-market and enterprise employers. Founded in Chile in 2015 and operating across Peru, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico, it raised a SoftBank Latin America Fund–led Series A and in March 2023 merged with Mexican HCM/payroll peer Osmos in combined transactions of about USD $48 million, accelerating Mexico go-to-market while retaining Rankmi as the primary brand (Osmos brand used for a period on SME segments).
