Users can deposit their ETH into Puffer Finance and receive pufETH, a liquid restaking token. This token represents their staked ETH and the rewards it generates. pufETH can be used in other DeFi protocols, allowing users to earn additional yield on top of their staking rewards. The business model is based on taking a small fee from the staking rewards generated by the protocol.
