Proswell, officially known as Beijing Spring Medicine Technology Development Co., Ltd., is a contract research organization (CRO) established in 2004. The company is headquartered in Beijing, China, and provides a comprehensive suite of services to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. The President of Proswell is Susan Song. Her stated mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving diagnostic and treatment levels for patients through the development of new drugs.

The firm operates as a full-service CRO, offering end-to-end clinical trial management. Its services encompass everything from initial regulatory and clinical strategy development to Phase I-IV clinical research, data management, biostatistics, statistical programming, and medical writing. Proswell assists clients with services such as domestic and foreign drug registration, non-clinical research, and clinical trial monitoring and inspection. A significant milestone was achieved in January 2010, when Proswell became the first local CRO in China to receive the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification. In February 2021, the company secured $15.4M in a Series A venture capital funding round.
