For a flat monthly fee, members get a dedicated primary care provider plus a Care Concierge team, with the platform aggregating labs, medical records and wearable data into one unified profile and using AI to coordinate care across interactions. In-network with many major insurance plans, Prosper was founded by Ryan McQuaid and James Wantuck, who previously built direct-to-consumer telehealth company PlushCare.
