About Procure Ai

Procure AI is a London-based AI-native procurement platform founded by Konstantin von Bueren and Yves Bauer that sits on top of fragmented procurement data to automate sourcing, purchasing, compliance and supplier management without replacing existing ERPs. The product deploys more than 50 AI agents across autonomous, collaborative and ambient roles for use cases such as Autonomous Spot-Buy, Tactical Sourcing and Quote-to-Order Intake, and has been used to deliver reported time and savings improvements for procurement teams. In November 2025 Procure AI raised a $13 million Seed round led by Headline, with C4 Ventures, Futury Capital and procurement-industry angels, to expand engineering and go-to-market from DACH into the UK, Nordics, Benelux and France.
