About Predium
Predium is a Munich proptech founded by Jens Thumm and team that helps real-estate owners, banks, insurers and investors measure, manage and act on building ESG performance. The platform ingests energy certificates, invoices and related data, enriches gaps with AI, satellite imagery and 3D models, then prioritises renovation and transaction decisions by cost, savings and subsidies across portfolios—supporting CSRD-era reporting and decarbonisation of buildings. Named customers include Deutsche Investment Group, Colliers, Soravia and Baloise. In November 2024 Predium raised €13 million Series A led by Norrsken VC with UVC Partners, b2venture and Mutschler Ventures (existing investors increasing), to strengthen the platform and expand into new markets.
