Predilytics utilized patented machine-learning technology to transform clients' structured and unstructured data, combined with external data sources, into actionable insights. This allowed their clients to segment consumers based on risk, receptivity, and impactability, thereby optimizing care delivery, managing costs, and improving the health outcomes of their populations. The company's trajectory culminated in its acquisition by Welltok, a health management company, on May 19, 2015, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition was intended to integrate Predilytics' advanced analytical engine into Welltok's CafeWell Health Optimization Platform, enhancing its ability to provide personalized guidance and deeper insights for health plans and providers.
