About Praxis

Praxis is building a "digital nation" — a global online community working to create a new city in the physical world. The project combines community, culture,and technology: members connect through a private app with end-to-end encrypted messaging, AI-facilitated introductions,and campaigns for collective action aimed at building toward a physical city.

The company's first development, Praxis Uruguay, is taking shape beside Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay, in partnership with the +Colonia city project. Phase I includes private residences, a resort, fellowships for artists and founders,and spaces for art and music.

Praxis generates revenue through real estate development: it acquires land and develops homes, neighborhoods,and cities around a shared culture,selling residences and resort stays to its members. A paid membership tier(Steel) provides access to benefits such as the Praxis Steel Visa card.

Beyond its own developments, Praxis works with governments: partnering with countries to attract foreign direct investment, AI companies,and people shaping technology and culture. It describes its ambition as creating new cultural, economic,and governance systems for the post-AGI world, guided by a constitution, human oversight,and an AI token budget.
