A significant partnership was formed with insurance giant Sun Life, which resulted in the co-development of the Lumino Health™ Pharmacy app. This collaboration led to Sun Life making a $9.5 million Series A investment in Pillway in November 2023. This followed an earlier $5 million seed round from WELL Health Technologies in 2020. These investments are intended to fuel Pillway's expansion across Canada and further develop its technology.
