These products are sold directly to consumers through its e-commerce platform and are also available via major online retailers like Amazon and Walmart. The brand emphasizes quality materials, such as stainless steel for clippers and protective coatings on brush bristles, to ensure pet safety and comfort. A significant aspect of the corporate identity is social responsibility; the parent company, BMSMILE, commits to donating 7% of its annual net profit to social causes, including supporting animal shelters and adoption campaigns.
