Performativ is a Copenhagen-based AI-native operating system for wealth management that unifies portfolio management, performance and risk analytics, compliance, reporting, multi-custodian aggregation and trading for wealth managers, family offices and private banks. The cloud-native white-label platform replaces fragmented legacy stacks and embeds AI agents to automate front-to-back workflows across Europe. In April 2026 Performativ raised $14 million (about €11.9 million) in Series A funding led by Deutsche Börse Group, with Rabo Investments, Jacob Dahl and existing investors FinTech Collective and EIFO participating, to deepen enterprise and private-bank expansion after its earlier €5.5 million seed.
