PAVE Space is a Swiss aerospace startup founded by Julie Böhning (CEO) and Jérémy Marciacq (CTO), alumni of the Gruyère Space Program, developing storable-bipropellant in-space propulsion and mobility platforms. Products include LYOBA, a roughly 45 kN kick-stage engine designed to move spacecraft from LEO to MEO, GEO or cislunar trajectories in under 24 hours, and IBEX, a roughly 200 kg dual-use in-orbit mobility platform. In March 2026 PAVE Space raised a $40 million seed led by Visionaries Club and Creandum, with Lombard Odier Investment Managers, Atlantic, SISTAFUND, b2venture, ACE Investment Partners, Ilavska Vuillermoz Capital, Pareto Ventures and Motier Ventures, after about $2 million prior funding, to fund engine hotfire tests, an in-space avionics demonstration and first platform qualification.
