Panolos Bioscience is a South Korean biotechnology company founded in September 2019 by CEO and CTO Dr. HyeSeong Lim, who has over 20 years of experience in protein structure and antibody drug development. The company, headquartered in Hwaseong, focuses on developing multi-specific therapeutics to treat cancer, autoimmune diseases, and rare diseases.

The core of its operation is the proprietary αART™ (Anti-angiogenesis-based Artifact Re-targeting Tri-specific) platform. This technology uses a VEGFR1(D2D3) backbone fused to an Fc region, allowing for the creation of mono- or multi-specific drugs. The platform is designed to normalize tumor microenvironments, enhance anti-cancer immunity, and reduce the side effects often associated with single-target protein therapeutics. Its structure allows for a simpler and more cost-effective manufacturing process.

Panolos Bioscience's business model revolves around developing its own pipeline of drug candidates and engaging in co-development partnerships.
