About Ours Privacy

Ours Privacy is a Houston-based HIPAA-compliant customer data platform (CDP) built for healthcare marketers. The platform uses server-side tracking to filter protected health information before it reaches ad platforms or analytics tools, and combines compliance tools such as a web scanner and consent management platform with growth tools including A/B testing and advanced analytics. It integrates with channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, EHRs, scheduling platforms and data warehouses, and serves more than 200 healthcare organisations, including health systems and digital health companies. Founders Jessica Holton (CEO), Adam Putterman (CRO) and Tyler Zey (CTO) launched the platform in 2024 after first building it for their telehealth company, Ours Wellness. On 19 August 2026 Ours Privacy announced an oversubscribed $15 million Series A led by Lightbank and Health Velocity Capital, with Rock Health, Lakehouse, TMV, Switch Ventures, Starfire Ventures, GreyMatter and others.
