About Orbital Witness
Orbital (formerly Orbital Witness) is a London AI LegalTech platform for real estate law co-founded in 2018 by Will Pearce and Ed Boulle that automates document-heavy due diligence and transaction workflows across deeds, maps and historic records with spatial visualisation and domain-specific AI. It supports about 200,000 residential and commercial transactions a year for more than 5,000 property professionals at AM Law 100 and Magic Circle firms, in-house teams, developers, title companies and REITs. In January 2026 Orbital raised a €50 million ($60 million) Series B led by Brighton Park Capital with REV (RELX), The LegalTech Fund, Moderne Ventures and Grosvenor Group, plus existing JLL Spark, Outward VC and Seedcamp, bringing total funding to about €63 million ($75 million) to expand in the US and UK and across the real estate transaction lifecycle.
