About Orbio
Orbio is a Spanish enterprise HR startup that builds AI agents to automate hiring, onboarding and ongoing management of frontline workforces in healthcare, retail, logistics and hospitality. Co-founded by Martí Bastardas, Nacho Travesí and Antonio Melé, the platform deploys agents that interview candidates, assess fit, run daily check-ins and feed a living talent graph across the employee lifecycle, integrating with existing HR systems rather than replacing them with spreadsheets and phone trees. In September 2025 Orbio raised a €6.5 million Seed led by Visionaries with Enzo Ventures, 2100 Ventures and Plus Partners; in June 2026 it closed a $21 million Series A led by Dawn Capital with Visionaries and 2100 Ventures returning, bringing disclosed funding to about $26 million. Customers include Poke, YUM! Brands and The Stepping Stones Group.
