About OpenUp
OpenUp is an Amsterdam employee mental well-being platform founded in 2020 by registered healthcare psychologist Gijs Coppens that gives workers and their families anonymous, low-barrier access to psychologists, lifestyle and nutrition coaches, sleep specialists and financial advisers plus interactive group sessions and online courses in more than 35 languages. Unlike traditional EAPs, it focuses on preventive support without waiting lists; employers see only aggregate usage, not who uses the service. The company reports more than 250 connected professionals, about 600,000 eligible employees and family members, and more than 2,000 corporate customers including Rabobank, Decathlon and Deloitte across the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, France and Belgium.
