About Onsetto

Onsetto is a Minneapolis fintech founded in 2025 that helps banks and credit unions win and activate business banking relationships. Its white-label structured activation platform uses AI-guided workflows to identify a business's operating flows and coordinate moving payroll, receivables, payables and other operating activity into a newly opened account, giving institutions visibility into which accounts are funded and which are lagging, accelerating deposit growth and surfacing treasury opportunities earlier. Founder and CEO Cale Johnston previously founded ClickSWITCH, the consumer account-switching platform acquired by Q2 Holdings, and rebuilt that team with CTO Rob Zwink and COO & General Counsel Jason Johnston. On 8 January 2026 Onsetto announced a $2.2 million seed round led by EJF Ventures, with Idea Fund of La Crosse, The Perch Fund and angel investors. On 28 April 2026 it announced a $9 million Seed II led by Canapi Ventures, with existing investors EJF Ventures, Idea Fund of La Crosse and The Perch Fund, to expand platform capabilities, grow the team and accelerate adoption among financial institutions nationwide.
