OnQuality’s drug pipeline includes several candidates targeting specific side effects. Its lead candidate, OQL011, is a topical ointment for treating Hand-Foot Skin Reaction (HFSR), a common side effect of VEGFR inhibitor therapies. Other pipeline products include OQL023 for skin rashes induced by EGFR inhibitors, OQL036 for capecitabine-induced Hand-Foot Syndrome, and OQL051, an oral inhibitor to prevent chemotherapy-induced diarrhea. The company has received FDA clearance for Investigational New Drug (IND) applications for several of its candidates. To fund its research and clinical trials, OnQuality has raised a total of $35 million in Series A and A+ financing from investors including Shiyu Capital, Matrix Partners China, and Sinovation Ventures.
