The company initially focused on heavy industrial machinery but pivoted to also serve the rapidly growing liquid-cooled AI data center market after early customers requested monitoring for their buildings.

In June 2026, Omen AI announced a $31 million Series A funding round led by Nava Ventures, bringing its total capital raised to $41.5 million. This funding is intended to scale manufacturing and accelerate product engineering.
