NuvoTV, formerly known as Sí TV, was an American cable television network focused on providing English-language programming for a bicultural Latino audience. The company was originally founded as a production company named Sí TV in 1997 by American entrepreneurs Jeff Valdez and Bruce Barshop to develop and distribute original entertainment aimed at a Latino audience. The venture made television history with the Nickelodeon sitcom 'The Brothers García,' the first English-language sitcom with an entirely Latino creative team and cast.

Sí TV launched as a cable network on February 25, 2004, positioning itself as a bicultural alternative to Spanish-language networks like Univision and Telemundo, targeting young adults aged 18-34. In 2011, the network rebranded to NuvoTV to better reflect its focus on bicultural American Latinos. A significant milestone occurred in 2012 when entertainer Jennifer Lopez partnered with the network, becoming a part-owner and its Chief Creative Officer. Lopez, along with her production company Nuyorican Productions, was heavily involved in programming strategy, production, and marketing to elevate the network's appeal to modern Latino viewers.

In a major expansion, NuvoTV's parent company, SiTV Media, acquired the music channel Fuse for $226 million from The Madison Square Garden Company in 2014, a deal that significantly increased its household reach. Despite plans to operate both networks independently, it was announced in 2015 that NuvoTV would be merged into Fuse. The merger was completed on September 30, 2015, and the channel space occupied by NuvoTV was replaced by FM (Fuse Music), effectively ending NuvoTV's operations as a standalone channel.
