Northwest Cascade
Provider of portable sanitation rental, septic pumping, and construction services in the Pacific Northwest and California
About Northwest Cascade
In 1968, what began as Cascade Septic Service installing septic systems in Pierce County, Washington, laid the groundwork for a diversified industrial services company. This was the start of Northwest Cascade. The company's initial focus on underground utilities and earth-moving projects provided the core skills for future expansion. A pivotal moment arrived in 1982 with the acquisition of Redford Honey Buckets. This move marked their entry into the portable toilet business, starting with just 600 units. It was a strategic pivot that would define a major part of their future. Over the years, the company grew, expanding its construction services while the Honey Bucket division became a recognizable brand at events and job sites. By 2013, the company had grown significantly, attracting a growth recapitalization investment from Seacoast Capital to help fuel further expansion. This partnership proved successful, and by the time Seacoast exited its investment in 2019, Northwest Cascade had more than quadrupled its EBITDA and expanded into several other states. Today, Northwest Cascade operates multiple divisions, including its large Honey Bucket portable sanitation service, FloHawks septic services, and a robust construction arm, demonstrating a long history of strategic growth from a local septic service to a multi-state industrial powerhouse.
