Nexos.ai is a Vilnius enterprise AI platform founded in 2024 by Nord Security / Tesonet co-founders Tomas Okmanas and Eimantas Sabaliauskas. It sits between employees and AI systems as a secure AI Workspace and AI Gateway — a single control layer for access to roughly 200 models with security, cost, compliance and private-model support so companies can adopt LLMs without uncontrolled data leaks. Customers disclosed include Tesonet portfolio companies and Payhawk. After an $8 million Index Ventures–led seed out of stealth, in October 2025 Nexos closed a €30 million ($35 million) Series A co-led by Index and Evantic Capital at a reported €300 million ($350 million) valuation, with Creandum, Dig Ventures and operator angels participating, to expand product and go-to-market across Europe and North America.
