About NewCore
NewCore is a Tel Aviv- and San Francisco-based security-first identity platform rebuilt for a workforce of humans, machines and AI agents. Co-founded by CEO Zohar Alon (Dome9, acquired by Check Point), CTO Amihai Neiderman (Nym Health; Unit 8200 alumni) and CCO Erez Yarkoni (former CIO at T-Mobile USA and Telstra), NewCore discovers and governs every identity under one architecture, with Secure Split Key to remove single points of compromise in SAML/OIDC signing, VisualMFA and hardware-bound credentials to retire phishable factors, and first-class agent identities with lifecycle, trust scoring and revocation. An Agentic Skill package lets coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor authenticate as managed enterprise identities. In June 2026 NewCore emerged from stealth with $66 million in funding from Cyberstarts, Index Ventures and Evolution Equity Partners to scale the platform; the company has grown to more than 50 employees across Tel Aviv and the United States.
