About NcodiN
NcodiN is a Paris DeepTech company founded in 2023 by CEO Dr Francesco Manegatti that develops photonic interposers with integrated nanolasers for ultra-fast, energy-efficient die-to-die links in AI and advanced computing. Its NConnect approach replaces bandwidth- and power-limited copper interconnects with light on silicon—claiming the world’s smallest laser, proof-of-concept nanolasers below 0.1 pJ/bit, integrated nanodetectors and full optical links—while keeping compatibility with existing processor architectures and running rapid prototyping from an independent cleanroom. Advisors cited in press include Eli Yablonovitch and Cisco’s Peter De Dobbelaere. In November 2025 NcodiN raised a €16 million Seed led by MIG Capital (MIF Fonds 17 and 18) with Maverick Silicon, PhotonVentures and Verve Ventures, plus existing backers Elaia, Earlybird and OVNI, to scale energy-efficient AI-chip interconnects.
