The Paris-based company was founded in 2020 by Dr. Laurent Bonnardot, an emergency physician, and Benjamin Crevant, an industrial entrepreneur. Dr. Bonnardot's two decades of experience managing employee health on offshore platforms and industrial sites with disjointed systems inspired the creation of a comprehensive platform to serve the complex needs of international corporations. Crevant, an engineer, brings a background of founding and managing companies in Southeast Asia and South America. The initial idea was sparked during the COVID-19 pandemic when Dr. Bonnardot was managing the pandemic response for a major company in Angola and recognized the critical need for a collaborative software solution for health professionals operating outside of traditional hospital settings.

MyC operates on a SaaS business model, providing its platform to large international enterprise clients. The platform is designed for use by medical teams, offering real-time data and analytics to medical leaders for faster decision-making. It integrates with medical devices to capture and secure data, transforming it into actionable information. The company has secured significant funding to fuel its growth, including a €2 million round led by Elaia and a $12 million (€10 million) Series A round in February 2026, led by Hi inov with participation from IXO PRIVATE EQUITY, Elaia, and OSS Ventures. This capital is intended to accelerate international expansion and enhance the platform's AI-driven data analysis and automation capabilities.
