Moss is a Berlin-based spend-management and Finance AI platform for European SMEs, combining corporate cards, invoice management and reimbursements with real-time budgets, approvals and automated accounting. In August 2026 it closed a €30 million Series C led by Portage with existing investor Cherry Ventures at a valuation above €1 billion, reaching unicorn status. The raise follows a €75 million Series B led by Tiger Global and supports expansion of Moss’s Finance AI agent suite while remaining BaFin-regulated under PSD2. Moss reports 5,000+ business customers across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands and Austria and more than €70 million ARR.
