Mosaic Smart Data secured a Series A funding round from J.P. Morgan in March 2018, followed by a $9 million Series B round in April 2019, co-led by CommerzVentures and Octopus Ventures. In February 2025, the company was acquired by Behavox, an AI insights company. The acquisition aims to create a comprehensive offering by integrating Mosaic's transaction data analysis with Behavox's communication data intelligence, providing a fuller view of market activity for FICC desks.
