MokN is a Paris cybersecurity company founded in 2023 by CEO Gautier Bugeon that builds Active Identity Recovery and “phish-back” technology against credential theft. Its SaaS Baits deploy hyper-realistic decoy login portals (for example SSL VPN or webmail) so stolen credentials can be captured when attackers test them, enabling password resets before misuse on real systems. After a €2.6 million October 2025 seed led by Moonfire with OVNI Capital and Kima Ventures, MokN raised €12.9 million ($15 million) Series A in May 2026 led by GV—its first investment in a French startup—with Datadog, Moonfire, OVNI Capital and angels, to scale internationally and deepen the platform for global enterprises.
