Millionways is a technology company specializing in emotionally intelligent artificial intelligence. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York, the company has developed what it calls the world's first Large Psychology Model (LPM), designed to provide deep personality insights. The technology analyzes text or voice inputs to understand a user's personality traits, motivations, emotions, and behavioral patterns, boasting 85% accuracy in its predictions.

The company was co-founded by CEO Martin Cordsmeier and his half-brother, CTO Max Weidemann. Cordsmeier's lifelong interest in understanding human passions led him to author a book on the subject and establish a non-profit research foundation in Germany with a $5 million budget to create a self-understanding platform. Weidemann, a mathematician and self-taught AI expert, joined him to develop the for-profit company. They transitioned the company from a German NGO to a US-based for-profit entity to scale the technology globally. To date, Millionways has raised $10 million from investors including NFL champion Sidney Rice and former Apple senior VP Jay Elliot.

Millionways operates on a B2B SaaS model, charging a flat software fee and a usage-based fee per analysis. Its core technology is designed to be embedded into other platforms via an API. Key markets include Human Resources, where the AI assists with hiring by assessing corporate culture fit, and healthcare, where it can be integrated into telehealth platforms to monitor patient well-being by detecting signs of anxiety or mood swings. The platform is built upon Personality Systems Interaction (PSI) theory and has been trained with over 5 million proprietary data samples and input from 25 psychologists, which the company states gives it an advantage over more conventional personality models.
